KING COUNTY WEST DUWAMISH WET WEATHER FACILITY ART PANELS

Current commission with Seattle’s King County to create permanent, integrated public art for a new 1.25M gallon stormwater facility along the contaminated Duwamish Waterway. The art concept - "Communities of Futures-Past" - draws connections between the forms of the river over time and their intricate ties between water, land, bounty, livelihood, habitat, and community We’ve completed design and construction efforts are slated for 2025-2028. The design and public outreach summary was presented to the South Park Neighborhood Association in November 12, 2024.
